If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know and we’ll send you a replacement one.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-707-741-4429 and one of our customer service representative will be happy to assist you with your returns.
You have 365 DAYS TO RETURN* an item to us in its original condition.
*Returns must be unused, in the state your received them, and in the original packaging. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached may not qualify for a refund.
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 365 Day No-Hassle refund policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we’ll refund your money immediately.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
