Return/Refund Policy

1. RETURNS

- You have 365 days to return an item to us in its original condition.

- To be eligible for a Return, your item(s) must be shipped back to us in its original packaging to our processing facility in Asia.

- Please contact customer service help@gameintensity.com to initiate the return process and we will provide you with a return address.

- Return Shipping cost is not covered by Game Intensity and must be trackable.

+ There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process

  • In order to process your return and for you to receive your full refund please follow the steps below:
    • Products can only be refunded if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.
    • Request your Return Claim Number by emailing help@gameintensity.com
    • To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Return Shipping address (where the product is shipped from) will be provided to you when you reach us for the Return Claim number.
  • Upon receiving your package, your item(s) will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to you via the email address you used when making your original purchase.

2. DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY

If the product and package arrives damaged due to Transit and Shipping, please contact us right away and include any pictures and videos of the damages on product as well as the package it was shipped in. If the product was delivered via the method Express Global Shipping, please contact your local delivering company as open a case with the delivering party (ie. DHL/Fedex/USP) and provide us the claim ID and we will work with you to remedy the situation promptly.

If the console does not work properly, you are backed by our warranty and support. We promise to make it right to you by offering any replacement parts to ensure the console is properly working. Installation instructions available upon request.

Send an email via help@gameintensity.com with the following info:

- Full Name

- Order Number #

- Claim ID

- Description

- Attached Photos or Video (required)

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

3. RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT

If your purchase does not match the description or if the item on your order summary, please contact us with a picture of the product you received via help@gameintensity.com

We will make it up to you by re-sending you the correct product.

4. EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: help@gameintensity.com

5. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

It usually takes us 24 hours to ship out your order.

Changing my Order

If you have made your order and would like to make changes to the style or options, please contact us right away before we ship your item out. Oftentimes, we can still make the changes for you.

Canceling my Order

- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been Shipped.

- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been Shipped, you will be assessed a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee for charges assessed to us for refunds by the associated credit card company.

6. INVALID REASONS

  • Buyer no longer wants the items - this is a common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Game Intensity.
  • The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted and placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

7. REFUNDS

  • We believe in our products so much that we offer a 365 Day refund policy.
  • All the items are refundable.
  • Refund to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
